Allergy and Dietary Information
Customers are responsible for informing me of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. I take all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination, but I cannot guarantee that cakes will be entirely free from allergens.
All cakes, fillings and icings may contain or come in contact with SOY,WHEAT, DAIRY, NUTS OR OTHER ALLERGENS. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. And it is their responsibility to inform their guests of all allergen information. I will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of the product All products will come with an allergen label clearly marking allergen.
Delivery Areas & Charges
I currently offer postal delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery is currently not available to non-mainland UK address (e.g, highlands, northern Ireland etc). But will update if this changes. Delivery charges with be calculated based on the size and weight of the cake, as well as delivery address. All orders are posted with Tracked 24.
Packaging
Every cake is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. However, as cakes are fragile, we cannot guarantee that they will not incur minor damages during transit. It is important to choose the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent delays or issues with the delivery.
Delivery Times & Postal Service Limitations
Cakes will be dispatched 1 day before the requested delivery date, or as advised if that cannot be met. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we will do our best to meet the estimated delivery window. Please be aware that delays due to postal or courier services are out of our control. I are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by postal or courier services. Once the cake is in transit, it is the responsibility of the postal service or courier to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Cancellations, Modifications, Refunds & Returns
Cancellations or changes to an order must be made at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled dispatch date. Cancellations within 1 day may not be eligible for a full refund or may incur a partial refund, depending on the order status. Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we cannot accept returns. Refunds will only be considered if the cake arrives significantly damaged, and this must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. A photo of the damage will be required as part of the claim process. If you do not report any issues within the specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages
Quality Assurance
I bake and pack each cake with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, as cakes are delicate, please be aware that some slight changes in appearance or minor damage may occur during delivery, and we cannot offer refunds for such cases unless significant damage is reported upon arrival.
